The terms and conditions outlined below form the basis of the contract between London Leisure College and yourself. Please read them carefully as a contract is a legally binding agreement and we will refer back to these terms and conditions to resolve any disputes or queries. By enrolling in a London Leisure College Course, the student accepts the following:

 

I agree to abide by College rules and observe the College's code of conduct for Students;

 

I agree to pay all course fees prior to the start of the course and that enrolment will only be confirmed once the course fees have been paid;

 

I accept that refund of course costs will only be payable in the case that the College cancel the course. Refunds and course transfers will not be applicable in any other circumstances;

 

I agree to notify the College immediately of any change in my personal circumstances which may affect the information I have provided in this application including entitlement to benefits or employment status and also if my parents'/guardians' circumstances change;

 

I agree to attend and complete all guided learning hours set as a pre-requisite for the course/qualification. This includes completing coursework, assignments and examinations to the deadlines set;

 

I confirm that I meet the pre-requisites relevant to the course applied for as stated on the College website;

 

LLC cannot guarantee that courses will reach the minimum numbers required to run the course and subsequently we may have to reschedule courses and we reserve the right to do this. Where this is the case, notification will be made to you in writing and you will be entitled to a full refund if the alternative options are not convenient for you;

 

LLC aims to provide the widest possible range of courses. On occasion it is necessary to move or withdraw courses owing to a variety of unforeseen circumstances. The College cannot therefore guarantee the provision of all courses advertised in this website;

 

Where a course is cancelled or amended in any way to that advertised, the College will do what it can to transfer students to an alternative course, should one exist that is appropriate and available;

 

Please note that fees may change at short notice due to circumstances beyond our control. The fees payable are those in force at the time of enrolment, which supersede any that may previously have been advertised;

 

LLC reserve the right to remove from any course, students that fail to comply with our standard practices and procedures. We also reserve the right to refuse enrolments, or suggest alternative arrangements, if we believe it will not be in the best interest of the company, other participants or the individual concerned to attend a London Leisure College course.
