Eltham Centre update
The Eltham Centre in Greenwich is due to open this autumn and will provide a ‘one-stop’ council service centre.The new facility, in Archery Road, will offer leisure and learning amenities, such as three swimming pools with a spectator area, fitness centre, dance studio and healthy living centre. Additional facilities will include meeting spaces, a children’s area and a 160sq m (1,722sq ft) OJ’s Juice Bar Café seating 40 inside and 20 outside.
Educational facilities will comprise a new branch of the Greenwich Community College providing courses across 12 classrooms and an improved library equipped with computers, as well as counters for council services.
