ISRM Supervisory Management Certificate
Leading to the Active IQ level 3 certificate in Supervisory Management in Sport & Recreation
Who is this course for?
This qualification has been developed to address the needs of existing and aspiring supervisors and would be of interest to the following:
- Individuals currently undertaking a supervisory role who would like to have their knowledge and experience recognised by a formal qualification.
- Individuals who are aspiring to supervisory management roles in sport and recreation facilities and services, who need to extend their knowledge and develop the relevant skills.
- Employers looking for the ideal training solution for employees working at this level.
What will i learn?
The certificate is made up of the following three modules:
- Module 1: Employment Practice in Sport & Recreation
- Module 2: Finance & Administration of Sport & Recreation
- Module 3: Sports Services Operations
Each module is assessed at the completion of the course by a combination of coursework and a post-course, work based assignment. To gain the full qualification, candidates must pass all three modules, however each module is individually certified , allowing candidates to take as many modules as they like, and progress at their own pace.
How is the course structured?
London Leisure College offers all three modules of the qualification. Each module is 4 days long.
Candidates receive a comprehensive set of course materials for each module which, when supplemented by their own notes, builds an invaluable reference document for use throughout their careers.
The content of each module is the most vocationally relevant for supervisors in the industry today and has been designed to enable successful progression on to higher level ISRM qualifications.

You must write the following three pieces of information on the back of the cheque and enclose it with your application form:
- Name of the course
- Dates of the course
- The name of the person taking the course

We will then send you confirmation of your place, payment and directions to the training venue.
