PEDIATRIC FIRST AID COURSE
This course would benefit anyone working with babies and young children including childminders, school and nursery staff, nannies and foster carers. London Leisure College Pediatric First Aid Course meets:
- Ofsted requirements for registered childminders
- Requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage statutory framework
- Requirements for nannies under the DCFS/SureStart Approved Carers Scheme
PRE-REQUISITES
Candidates must be 16 years or older at the start of the course.

Paediatrics First Aid Course is a 2 day course covering a full range of subjects, for example :
- Responsibilities and reporting
- Assessing the situation
- Dealing with an unconscious casualty
- Heart attacks
- Resuscitation
- Choking
- Burns
