FC Leisure

London Leisure College is pleased to announce the launch of a BRAND NEW one year ‘FC Leisure’ learning package for school leavers.

 

This fantastic new one-year learning programme of academic and short courses is designed especially for 16 and 17 year olds to equip them with all the necessary skills and qualifications to work within Leisure Centre operations. 

 Qualifications include:

  • City and Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Sport and Leisure

  • NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service

    for Hospitality, Leisure, Travel and Tourism

  • UKSL Award in Community Sports Leadership Level 2

  • HSE First Aid at Work

  • Course leading to CYQ Level 1 Assistant Certificate in Fitness Instructing (Gym)

  • IQL (Institute of Qualified Lifeguards) Level 2 – Swimming Pool Supervision and Rescue (Compulsory to be considered for Employment)

    This course is offered in partnership with Greenwich Leisure Limited (GLL), London's largest Leisure Trust operating in over 70 leisure centres across London, or Bromley MyTime Leisure Trust.

It also provides the opportunity for sessional employment at the end of the course.
